Increase efficiency, decrease communication errors, and remove the waste associated with out-of-date, pre-printed documents.

Users can save frequently used forms and files directly on the MFP’s hard drive in the Document Server. Files can be easily downloaded, previewed as full-color thumbnails, and printed on the spot. Up to 200 distinct folders can be selected as Shared or Personal, titled for simple identification, and secured with passcodes.

The Document Server allows you to save documents being read with the copy capability on this machine’s hard disc. As a result, you can print them later if the relevant requirements are met.

  • Data loss can occur when a machine fails. Important data on a hard drive should be backed up. The manufacturer is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of data loss.
