Tips : how to Change Windows Performance Setting
Windows provides a lot of visually appealing options, but they come at a cost! Turning off any or all of the Windows visual decorations can free up system resources on lower-end computers:
Open the Start Menu and Click the settings cog icon.
Click System.
Click About.
Click Advanced System Settings.
Click Settings under Performance
Click Adjust for best performance.
Select OK.
