Lifespan of Photocopier

Information

===================

Printers and photocopiers are typically sturdy pieces of office equipment, with very large printing sizes being equipped for high-end versions. With frequent service and the use of authorized ink, paper and other consumables by the manufacturer, there is no reason why a printer or photocopier would not have a significant life cycle of up to 10 to 15 years.

Any parts, such as drums, rollers, belts and print heads, will need to be cleaned or even replaced (which may be included with the maintenance contract) but this is inexpensive compared to the amount of a new machine.
