Tips: How to Fix Thumbnail Preview Not Showing
In File Explorer, Windows 10 is set up to provide a thumbnail preview. The File Explorer Options dialogue allows you to do so.
Go to search bar on taskbar, type “file explorer options”
select open
Click View tab
untick the “Always show icons, never thumbnails”
click apply then OK
