Find a warm, dry spot for example put paper on a shelf or in a cupboard, to store your paper that is away from the floor. It also suggests that all paper be placed in a plastic bag or plastic storage box especially when the pack is opened. By placing on the plastic bag, it can have added protection against moisture.
Try replenishing only the paper in the paper tray you are going to use the next day or two. Consider using a dehumidifier or an Atmospheric Water Generator to remove moisture from the air if you have a dedicated printing space.
Don’t forget, it’s strongly advisable that you use decent quality paper in your photocopiers, as well as keep your paper packed properly. It is also possible that the use of better quality paper would minimize paper jams and difficulties with image quality.
