✅ Method 1: Using the Ricoh Printer’s Control Panel (On the Device Itself)

1. Go to the Home Screen on the Ricoh device.

2. Tap on [Machine Status] or [System Status] (name varies by model).

3. Select [Supplies] or [Toner] tab.

4. The screen will display the toner levels (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow for color machines).

   • It may also show levels for waste toner bottle, drum units, or developer units, depending on the model.

5. You can also check the Remaining Life percentage for each supply item.
