
How to Print Wirelessly from iOS and Android Devices with Ricoh
✅ Requirements:
A Ricoh printer with network (Wi-Fi or LAN) capability
Mobile device (iPhone/iPad or Android)
Both devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network (or printer must be accessible via network)
Relevant app installed (optional but useful)
Printer drivers or firmware up to date
For iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad)
Method 1: Using AirPrint (No App Needed)
Step-by-step:
Connect your iPhone/iPad to the same Wi-Fi network as the Ricoh printer.
Open the file, photo, email, or webpage you want to print.
Tap the Share icon (square with arrow).
Tap Print.
Select the Ricoh printer (it should appear automatically if AirPrint-compatible).
Adjust options like number of copies, range, etc.
Tap Print on the top-right.
✅ Note: Most newer Ricoh models support AirPrint natively.
Method 2: Using Ricoh Smart Device Connector App
Steps:
Download Ricoh Smart Device Connector from the App Store.
Open the app and allow necessary permissions.
Make sure Bluetooth/Wi-Fi is ON.
The app will detect nearby Ricoh devices.
Choose your document or photo from Files/Photos/Cloud.
Tap on the Printer icon and select the Ricoh machine.
Set your preferences (number of copies, color/B&W).
